Dissemenation of Results

Please describe the activities you have implemented to make your project known and its results more widely used.

●       How did you make the results of your project known within your partnership, in your local communities and in the wider public? Who were the main target groups you have shared your results with?

●       Are there other groups or organisations who have benefitted from your project? Please explain how.

All activities carried out by the project were celebrated within the school community through assemblies, photos and students and staff talking with their peers.  Volunteering activities were shared within school newsletters that were sent home to parents and through social media outlets, such as Facebook and Twitter.

The project also shared project activities through the Facebook and website that were created just for the “Hand in Hand” project, along with posts on eTwinning.

Some schools had their activities published in the local newspaper also.

Aside from  the school communities benefiting from the project’s volunteering activities within the school, the local community also benefited from volunteering projects carried out in the respective countries. Some charities benefited from fundraising.
